（中央社記者高照芬上海23日電）中國大陸與英國22日發表聯合宣言，建構面向21世紀全球全面戰略夥伴關係。宣言中支持人民幣加入國際貨幣基金（IMF）特別提款權（SDR），並將展開中歐自貿區的可行性研究。

英國廣播公司（BBC）中文網報導，中英聯合宣言共29條，包括中英關係、經濟和外交等方面的合作與期望，也提到環保等議題。

報導指出，聯合宣言呼應英國首相卡麥隆先前的說法，形容大陸國家主席習近平這次訪問英國「開啟了持久、開放、共贏的中英關係『黃金時代』」。雙方將在未來十年間，以擴大投資、相互支持創新與競爭力的方式，造福兩國人民。

宣言中，雙方對彼此的「一帶一路」與「英格蘭北方經濟中心」等計畫的合作，表現了濃厚的興趣。

大陸媒體最為關切的中歐自貿區，「雙方呼籲早日開展中歐自貿區聯合可行性研究，以實現第17次中歐領導人會晤聯合聲明中確立的長期目標，即在條件成熟時簽訂深入全面的自貿協定。」

大陸新京報報導，聯合聲明中指出，中英雙方重視在彼此國家展開能源和交通領域合作。英方歡迎中方企業逐步參與英國民用核能項目。雙方並鼓勵兩國企業深入參與高鐵項目。

另外，中英雙方歡迎倫敦積極參與人民幣國際化進程，將繼續推動倫敦人民幣離岸市場建設。英方歡迎中國大陸在倫敦發行大陸之外首檔人民幣主權債券。

雙方還支持上海證券交易所和倫敦證券交易所就兩個交易所互聯互通問題，展開可行性研究。1041023
